Ron Crampton serves as Director of Finance and Operations and a member of the AISAP Board of Directors — a dual role that reflects the depth of his institutional knowledge and the breadth of his influence across the organization. Since joining AISAP in 2012, Ron has architected the financial and operational infrastructure that sustains the association’s growth, funds its programs, and safeguards its long-term mission.

Ron directs all facets of AISAP’s financial management — budget development, forecasting, accounting, compliance, and human resources — with precision honed through more than 25 years of senior leadership across consumer products, manufacturing, and healthcare systems. His background in sales management, operational strategy, and enterprise-level implementation gives him a rare ability to connect financial discipline with organizational momentum.
