LEAP is AISAP’s intensive leadership development program for enrollment professionals who are ready to move beyond operational excellence into institutional leadership. It’s for practitioners who are effective in their current role and want to build the strategic, financial, and organizational skills that make enrollment leaders indispensable at the leadership table.
Why It Matters
The path from admission director to enrollment strategist is rarely supported with formal development. Most professionals navigate it alone — figuring out board communication, budget planning, and institutional influence through trial and error. LEAP offers what that path has been missing: a cohort, a curriculum, and experienced practitioners who have already made the transition.
